Will there be a wedding ceremony?

Answer

The two of us will be eloping in Colorado alone in October. We will not have any guests or witnesses, as we want our wedding to solely be for us. The reception is our way of including our family and friends, and we cannot wait to celebrate and party with all of you!

Please RSVP no later than December 1st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you abide by a semi-formal or formal dress code. Dresses and suits are welcome. Please refrain from wearing white, green, or burgundy as these colors are in the wedding party.

We cannot accommodate extra people at the reception. We only have spaces for those guests listed on your invitation.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar including beer, wine, and liquor. We chose this venue location for its proximity to hotels for everyone’s safety. If you choose not to stay nearby, please make plans for a safe ride to your hotel/home. We are looking forward to having a fun night with everyone, but we care more about the safety of our friends and families. Please be responsible!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be staying at The North by Hotel Covington, directly across the street from the reception. There are multiple other hotels nearby, accessible by a quick walk or Uber/Lyft.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be staying in The North by Hotel Covington, which is just a few steps from the venue. Hotel Covington and The North by Hotel Covington are located directly across the street from the entrance to the reception venue. For those who wish to stay elsewhere, there are multiple hotels in the area that are within walking distance of the venue, or accessible by a very short Uber/Lyft.

Are you registered? Where?

We are registered at Crate and Barrel and Zola. All registries can be accessed through our Zola wedding website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are accommodated by our caterers and are available upon request. Please email us at emandm1824@gmail.com by December 1st if you need to request dietary accommodations.

Yes! We will have a professional photographer at the reception, but feel free to document the night on your personal devices.

We are planning on a TON of dancing! So wear or bring appropriate dancing shoes!

Yes, there are multiple parking garages and lots surrounding the venue.
