Ski Day

8:00 am

coat, layers. gloves, helmet, rentals are available at resort and at surrounding big sky businesses

The brides + the wedding party will be snowboarding and skiing at Big Sky Resort, feel free to join. You must purchase your own lift ticket. Purchase here: https://www.bigskyresort.com/lift-tickets The plan- We will arrive at Mountain village at Big sky resort at 8:30am. We will meet infront of the ticket sales building. We recommend arriving a bit before 8:30 if you need to get rentals. The first lift is at 9am. For the morning we will stay on easier terrain. We aim to have lunch from around 12-1pm at Madison base (accessible via car or by ski) at the headwater grille. This another good option of where to meet us. Then in the afternoon we will do harder terrain in the afternoon. There is very limited service so it is just easier to meet up at these locations rather than trying to find people on the mountain.

Snowmobiles

8:00 am

Helmets, goggles, face mask, gloves, snow pants, winter coat and boots are a must.

To RSVP and pay for this event please text Vern at 970-420-2510 or Lisa at 970-420-1098. The cost will be $80 per person which includes the snowmobile rental and lunch! Lisa's Venmo is @lisarhead The plan. We are planning on renting double rider snowmobiles in Island Park. There is an incredible trails systems full of groomed trails and powder areas. We will pick up the machines and then meet at a warming hut where we will trade off taking turns with the snowmobiles. Inside the warming hut we will have food, games and heat! Please note that this is a very busy season for snowmobiling so we will need to rent the machines sooner rather than later. As soon as you know you would like to participate, please let Vern or Lisa know so they can get a machine reserved for you.

Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Nothing fancy, we just want to see everyone!

There will be a bbq dinner from one of our favorite Big sky restaurants, River House BBQ.

Ceremony

4:30 pm

Our wedding will be held indoors. The dress code is cocktail, so short/ long dress, slacks, button up, jacket optional. Feel like adding a little western flair? go for it! Cowboy boots, bolo ties, fringe, cowboy hats and denim are all optional but encouraged:)

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat.
