Here are some of our favorite restaurants and outdoor areas! We hope you have time to check some of them out!

This is where we went for our first date.

Park Lake

Emily's favorite restaurant! If you eat too much and don't have room for dessert make sure to take the carrot cake to go!
The bar opens at 4pm for appetizers and drinks. Dinner starts seating at 5pm.

On Broadway

Megan's favorite restaurant! Excellent cajun food! Perfect for lunch - they open at 11a.

Cafe Zydeco

Our favorite breakfast spot. Just a couple minutes from our house. We both recommend the Hardware Skillet. It's perfect for Brunch because you won't need to eat again until dinner.

Megan loves fishing here! If you have time make sure to take the boat tour! It's gorgeous!

Gates of the Mountains Wilderness

Helena has many great breweries! Blackfoot is Meg's favorite. Try the Scottish Ale!

Blackfoot River Brewing Co

The best coffee in Helena. Not to mention the cutest shop for the weirdest of things. Get your coffee to stay and wander around a while. We recommend the Ice Rocket Kicker or Mocha (with whipped cream!) depending if you want hot or cold!

General Mercantile

For those more adventurous, Mt Helena is a great hike. Perfect for sunrise or sunset and get a view of the entire valley! The 1906 trail is our go to, but for those wishing for a steep challenge try the Powerline.

Mount Helena City Park

A nice and easy nature walk around the park.

Spring Meadow Lake State Park

This is where we had out engagement photo shoot!

Tenmile Creek Park

Delicious pastries and coffee. This is where we got our wedding cake and the cupcakes for the reception. Megan loves the croissants and Emily loves the tiramisu.
