What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Black Tie Optional We encourage females to wear long dresses in various textures and patterns in the shades: Green, Chartreuse, Yellow, Coral/ Orange, Pink, Berry, Burgundy, Rose, and Black. We encourage men to wear black suits and tuxedos. The wedding will be completely outdoors. We encourage you bring a shaw, jacket for cooler temperatures. Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

YES! We will have a trolley available. The Trolley will make 2 trips starting at 3:00 PM from the Westin to the Crosley. At 10:00 PM, the Trolley will make 2 return trips back to the Westin hotel.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

YES! We are planning to go to the Gator Club in downtown Sarasota, FL. Please ensure that you RSVP on the website for the after party. Additional after party information is located on the schedule page.

Is everyone invited to the welcome party?

Answer

YES! We would love for everyone to join us the night before the big day! Please ensure that you RSVP on the website for the welcome party. Additional welcome party information is located on the schedule page. The welcome party will be completely outdoors. We encourage you bring a shaw, jacket for cooler temperatures.

What is happening on Saturday?

Answer

We encourage everyone to stay on Saturday, November 14, 2026, for a beach day! Please ensure that you RSVP on the website for the beach on Saturday. Additional Beach Day information is located on the schedule page.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

We are accepting online RSVP only. The RSVP tab will become available when our invitations are sent out. Please click on the RSVP tab and enter your name to find your party. Please RSVP by October 2nd.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors on the lawn of the Powel Crosley Estate. The temperature may drop into the 60s after the sun sets. We highly encourage you bring a shaw, jacket for cooler temperatures.

Can I bring a guest?

The names addressed on your invitations will indicate the seats you have reserved.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block available at the Westin Sarasota. More information is available on the travel page.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We respectfully ask that everyone leave all cell phones off/ on silent during the ceremony.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Powel Crosley Estate. We strongly discourage driving if you will be drinking. A trolley shuttle will be available.
