A shuttle will be available from the hotel to the reception venue every 15 minutes beginning at approximately 4:00pm and ending around 5:00pm. A shuttle will be available from the reception venue back to the hotel every 15 minutes beginning at approximately 10:00pm until the end of the night. There is free parking available at the reception venue for those who prefer to drive themselves.

Home2 Suites by Hilton
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Home2 Suites / Tru by Hilton. Using the links below, you will have the option to choose from a Standard King room or a King Suite room (with pullout couch). Our hotel block is reserved for Friday, 7/17 through Sunday, 7/19; but you will be able to choose to stay either or both nights. Please make sure to book your room by June 16, 2026!
