What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 2:30 pm, the ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm.

Due to venue capacity, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the invitation. We hope for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at The Oaks.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be 3 shuttles available from the hotel to the venue. And 3 shuttles at night, although, the last shuttle will run at 11:30 pm. Our Reception goes until 11pm.

Are kids welcome?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When you RSVP it will ask for any food allergies/dietary restrictions, please include in those notes.
