The ceremony and reception will both take place at Whispering Pines Event Center in Poynette, Wisconsin, on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.
Dress in your Sunday best — semi-formal or dressy casual. Jackets, dresses, jumpsuits, or nice slacks all fit the bill. Please, no jeans or flannel. Bring a light layer; October can be chilly.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception indoors at Whispering Pines. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy as well, weather permitting.
Yes! A shuttle will run at designated times between the hotel and venue: • One pick-up at 3:30 PM for the ceremony • Return trips after dinner, midway through the evening, and at the end of the evening. This helps everyone enjoy the night safely and comfortably.
Your invitation and RSVP will indicate if a guest or child has been included in your invitation. We’d love to celebrate with everyone we know, but space is limited — so we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend.
Yes — beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available throughout the evening. A cash bar will also be open for additional drink options, accepting both cash and credit cards.

Yes, there is free parking on-site for guests driving to the venue.
