Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Garden Party Formal. We kindly ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a floor length dress. Bold colors and florals are encouraged! Please note: Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the McGuire Lawn at Duke Mansion. For your comfort, we suggest opting for wedges, block heels, or flats rather than stilettos.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our wedding website no later than Saturday, June 20th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM, we ask that you arrive between 4:30-4:45 to allow ample time to park and be seated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any children outside of those in the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there are a few listed on our website under the "Travel" tab.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to Duke Mansion?

Answer

While we are not providing guest transportation, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available and are the easiest way to get to and from the venue.

While we love your little ones, this is a child free event outside of those in the ceremony. If you need help coordinating childcare in Charlotte please let us know and we'd be happy to provide some recommended sitters.
