Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Paseo. The Paseo is roughly 30 miles East and a 30-40 minute drive from Phoenix.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:45. For those staying at Gold Canyon Golf Resort, there will be two shuttles departing from the resort entrance to The Paseo at 4:15 p.m.

Will there be transportation options?

Answer

If you are staying at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort, there will be shuttles to and from the Gold Canyon Golf Resort and The Paseo. The Gold Canyon Golf Resort is roughly 10 miles from The Paseo and is also about 30 miles from Phoenix. Shuttles will depart Gold Canyon Golf Resort at 4:15 p.m. and there will be pick-up times from The Paseo at 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m back to the resort. For those coming to and from the Valley, we highly recommend scheduling your Uber rides in advance!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Paseo has a large parking lot. Should you decide to leave your car overnight, it just has to be picked up the next day before 11 a.m.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are hoping to make this an adult-only day! Should this put you in a predicament, please contact the bride and/or groom and we are happy to assist you.

Are there other hotel options?

Answer

Yes! While we have a room block at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort, there are other hotels around the venue. The venue recommends the Residence Inn by Marriott in Mesa, the Hampton Inn & Suites in Gilbert on Higley Road, or the Best Western Gold Canyon as other options.
