Please plan to arrive no later than 4:00 to make sure everyone is settled in their seats before the beginning of the ceremony; as it will begin at 4:30. Ignore the pay for parking signs in the George Washington parking lot if you drive. Parking is already covered.

Small bites and open bar will be served. Located in the lobby of the hotel, just outside the ceremony area.

Dinner, drinks, dessert, and dancing. Located in the ballroom of the hotel.
