We have chosen not to reserve a hotel block to allow our guests to choose a hotel/Airbnb/accommodation situation that best fits their travel schedule and budget. Please see the Travel tab for some recommendations.
We STRONGLY encourage everyone to take an Uber or Lyft to the wedding, if possible! There will be limited valet at the venue available, as well as potential limited street parking. If you plan to drive, please plan to arrive early to give plenty of time to park (45 min early).
Yes - we welcome kids to our wedding. Please note their attendance and meal choice if over 3 years old (adult meal or kids meal for ages 3-13) on your RSVP.
While we have rented out the full Darlington House, the ceremony and reception will be fully outside, with some spaces to rest/take a break inside for those who need it. La Jolla weather should be pleasant and comfortable, but please keep an eye on weather trends and bring a layer for the evening, if needed!
Yes! We welcome our guests to capture photos and videos and look forward to seeing them on social media and after the wedding.
The ceremony will start at 4pm, but we encourage guests to plan to arrive by 3:45pm as traffic can be congested on Friday afternoons. If planning to drive, please plan to arrive even earlier to ensure you have time to valet, find street parking, or in a nearby lot. We highly recommend Uber/Lyft for transportation!
