Where should we park?

Answer

1. Hotel V has a small complimentary lot located across the street from the front entrance on Walnut. 2. There is a public parking garage owned by a third party located directly behind the Historic building, the entrance is located on McDaniel Street. The cost for this lot is $5 per entry. 3. There is also a fair amount of street parking available throughout downtown, and these spots do not have a time limit from 5pm Friday until 8am Monday. 4. Lastly, Hotel Vandivort has $15 Valet Parking per day (come and go as you please). 5. Keep in mind there is also FREE Valet Parking for the Johnson/Barnes wedding on Saturday 6/8/24!!

Where is the Rehearsal/Welcome Party located?

Answer

The Rehearsal and Welcome Party are located at Vantage Rooftop Lounge and Conservatory. This is Hotel Vandivort's Rooftop Bar. It is located in the V2 building (Hotel Vandivort has two buildings). Go to the front desk (V1 building) and it is across Robberson Alley. From there, take the elevator to the top :)

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

All wedding events will be held at Hotel Vandivort in Springfield, Missouri. The ceremony will be located in the Ballroom on the 4th floor. Cocktail hour will be downstairs in the Cornerstone room, while the Ballroom is flipped. Then everyone will then go back up for the reception (dinner & dancing).

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to assure that everyone gets seated on time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we unfortunately cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have spaces for the guests that are listed in the mailing address.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening (21 & up). Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home.
