Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport
The nearest major airport is the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport, a short 25 minute drive from Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges.
Travel Note
Taxis
Because of this relatively short distance, we'd recommend getting a taxi at the airport or booking a private transfer in advance. Please reach out if you'd like the names of recommended private transfer companies. To book a taxi in advance, Taxi Sant Pere de Ribes or Taxi Sitges are the nearest stations.
Rental Car
Many options available from the Barcelona El-Prat Airport.
For car rental, we recommend booking a vehicle through any of the major companies (Avis, Sixt, Eurocar, Budget, etc.) via their websites, prior to your arrival. The best bet is to reserve a car directly at the Barcelona El-Prat airport.
Train
No direct train from the Airport but available from any major train station.
There are no direct trains from the airport to Sitges/Sant Pere de Ribes (without having to transfer lines) but there is a direct train on the Rodalies de Catalunya R2 Sud (R2S) line from the major train station, Barcelona Sants, which takes about 30 minutes.
