When is my RSVP due by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by 6/26/26. As we need to provide final headcounts to our venue, caterer, and chair/table vendors by a strict deadline, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate those who do not respond by this date. We hope you can celebrate with us!

Where exactly is the venue?

Answer

We are celebrating at the Mack Dick Group Pavilion. Once you drive down to the canyon floor, it is one of the first large buildings you will see on your left.

How long is the drive inside the park?

Answer

The drive from the Palo Duro Canyon State Park entry gate to the Pavilion is approximately 8 to 10 minutes barring any entry traffic. To ensure you have plenty of time to park and find your seat, please aim to be at the park gate 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Is there an entry fee for the park?

Answer

Yes, the park requires a daily entry fee paid at the gate. We ask that our guests kindly plan to purchase entry if they wish to attend. - Adults: $8 - Texas State Park Pass Holders: Free entry for everyone in your vehicle.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Timelines will be sent to the finalized guest list. However, you can anticipate a start time between lunch and dinner. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow for unpredicted circumstances/traffic.

Are children invited?

Answer

We have chosen to host an age 16+ event. While we would love to include all the children in our lives, we both come from blended families. Our siblings and siblings children are the only exceptions. We hope you understand our decision and can still join us for an adult-focused celebration!

Is the wedding outdoor?

Answer

Yes. Our ceremony and family portraits will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
