There are many hotels in the Kitsap area. We recommend Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Silverdale, Bremerton or Poulsbo. There are also lots of VRBOs/AirBnB's in the area.
Yes! We love the ferry system for getting to Bremerton from Seattle. Please note that a car is needed to get from the ferry terminal to the venue. The ferry will also frequently run late, we recommend catching an earlier ferry if you are coming from Seattle!
All plus-ones are listed on our website. When you go to RSVP, it will list a guest.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting our guests wear cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outside and guests will have to walk on gravel to get to their seats so please take this into consideration when choosing your shoes.
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear to mark as "attending" or "declining". We ask that you kindly RSVP by June 1, 2026.
If you do not RSVP by June 1, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let Clayton or Megan know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. Please arrive by 3:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the Gold Mountain Golf Course Club House. A golf cart driver will escort you to the ceremony.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. This means once the ceremony begins, please put all phones away and silence them. We have an amazing photography team capturing both the bride and groom and the audience.
Drinks on us! Bar will be open all night!
Please park in the main Gold Mountain Golf Course lot. Once parked, please head to the club house to use the restroom before the ceremony and meet a golf cart driver to find a seat. If needed, you may leave a vehicle overnight and return in the morning to pick it up.
