If you wish to stay at the Ayres Hotel where the bride and groom will be staying, we have a discount code link that gives you 10% off the room. With this link the code is automatically applied. You have up until either the rooms are no longer available/filled up or until 30 days (August 19th) prior to the wedding. After that time, the discount will no longer be available. The hotel encourages guests to book well in advance, as their rates fluctuate based upon occupancy, so guests will get the best rate possible by booking in advance. If you choose not use the link and wish to call the hotel directly, you just need to request the Serendipity venue discount when booking your room and they will apply the 10%.
