Our story started with a first date to some little restaurant where he likes to go sing. I didn’t know it yet but it’s one of his favorite things to do. That following weekend we went out to dance and it was amazing. Over the next few months, we spent more and more time together until we were basically inseparable. What started as dates turned into everyday life, and before we knew it, we were ready to take the next step and move in together. Then on Valentine’s Day, Carlos surprised me by proposing at one of the first places he took me, it was so funny because looking back that night I thought we were just going for dinner and for him to sing karaoke. But he was so nervous the whole time leading up to the proposal i could tell he was STRESSING I just didn’t know why at the time. And of course, I said yes! Now we’re getting ready for our biggest adventure yet, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people.
