we’re getting married!

We first met while attending the University of Idaho. Megan had just moved into the Railroad Apartments (if you know, you know), and Caiden had recently joined a fraternity whose members lived next door. From the moment we met, we hit it off and were pretty much inseparable. Even though neither of us expected things to get serious, months of laughter, late nights, and shared adventures made it clear—we had something special. Eventually, we made it official and became boyfriend and girlfriend. Six years later, here we are! Caiden proposed on December 16, 2023, completely surprising an unsuspecting Megan. With the help of her family, he crafted the perfect plan—convincing everyone to head to the Boise Botanical Garden’s winter light show under the ruse of a “photo shoot for her grandfather.” Despite daily bouquets leading up to the big day and a fancy dinner just before, Megan didn’t suspect a thing… until Caiden got down on one knee. Surrounded by twinkling lights and the people who mean the most, it was everything Megan could have dreamed of—pure magic.
