All events are within Beaver Creek Village. For guests staying at the Park Hyatt, The Osprey, The St. James Place, The Lodge at Beaver Creek, or The Charter Beaver Creek all events are within a 3-5 minute walk. Beaver Creek also has a free shuttle service with the city limits. Welcome Party - Mountain Casual: Think casual and comfortable. Rehearsal Dinner - Country Cocktail: Cocktail attire with a little bit of country flare. Break out your cowboy boots & hats, and your bolo ties! Wedding - Black Tie: Floor length dresses for women. Tuxedos or dark suits for men.
We are up in the Colorado mountains, so the weather can be unpredictable. When the sun is shining it can get quite warm during the day. The evenings can get rather cool, so we recommend guests bring jackets. We will have heaters in the tent for the wedding reception.
1. Beaver Creek is at an elevation of just over 8,000 feet. Please be sure to stay hydrated! 2. For those who are flying out on Sunday, mountain traffic can be unpredictable. Please allow extra time to get to Denver International Airport to ensure you make your flight. We recommend allowing ~3hours of travel time, but please monitor traffic conditions. 3. When you enter the town of Beaver Creek there is a guard station. Don’t worry you are in the right place, just check-in there to get an overnight parking pass (for free). 4. There are a variety of great activities that guests can partake in while in Beaver Creek: Hiking: Beaver Creek Point Trail Head (Easy) - Starts at the base of the mountain near the Park Hyatt. Less than 1 mile. Five Senses and Beaver Lake Trail (Moderate) - Starts in the center of Beaver Creek Village. 5.9 miles. Village Cree Trail (Easy) - Fun and easy trail with beautiful view. 2.1 miles Arrowhead Lower Loop (Moderate) - Walk along the Arrowhead chairlift, Ute Trail, and Apache Trail. 4.7 miles Chairlift and Gondola Rides: Get a view of the mountain from the sky by taking a scenic chairlift of gondola ride.
