We know this is a destination wedding for most. In lieu of gifts, we request your presence.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4PM, so arriving earlier around 3:30PM is recommended. For those flying in on Saturday, please consider your hotel check-in time to ensure you have enough time to check-in and arrive to the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress-code is semi-formal. Keep in mind that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will occur outside, so dress warm as it can get colder at night in Phoenix! There will be the option to go inside for dancing and space heaters to keep us warm outdoors.

Have you booked a room block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have limited King and Queen rooms available at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. If you try to book and the room block is full, please let me know at megantaite@gmail.com as we can try to add more rooms if inventory allows. If you've already booked outside of our room block, please e-mail me your confirmation code - Royal Palms will honor whichever rate is better. Please note: we are unable to move reservations booked through a third party to our room block. We have two additional room blocks, as well as another hotel who provided a discount code for our guests, in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. All three of these options are located 10 minutes from our venue and in walking distance of many fun restaurants and shops. I have kids - can I bring them?

Answer

Yes! Though we may have addressed some mailings to a couple instead of to the family as a whole, we had no intention of leaving children out! There will be an opportunity on the invitations to note seats needed and meal choices per person. Kids will all receive the same kids' meal unless they prefer to choose one of the dinner choices.

Are there any other wedding weekend activities?

There will be a brunch Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 9AM to 11AM at Royal Palms as well as welcome drinks Friday, February 23, 2023 8PM-9PM in the Cervantes Lounge at Royal Palms.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2024 3:30-4PM - Guest arrival 4:00PM - 4:30PM - Ceremony 4:30PM - 6:00PM - Cocktail "hour" 6:00PM - 8:30PM - Dinner All outdoors, with dancing to follow indoors after dinner until 10:30PM.
