Question

How do I get to camp?

Answer

Camp is around a 15 minute drive from our house in Barnard. There will be signs posted to help get you where you need to go. Enter 6715 VT 12, Barnard, VT 05031 into your GPS -- this will take you to our house. It's blue and up a large driveway. If you get turned around, stop in here to access our wifi (The websters, password brodiemegan) so that you can text/make a call for help. Just North of our house is a road called West Rd (it leads up a hill). Brodie's parents live at 530 West Road, in case you want to stop here for help too. Keep going past their house on West Rd. You will then come to an intersection with Chateguay and Smith Hill Road. Take a left onto Chateguay Rd. Continue straight on from this point. The "road" will end and look somewhat like a circular clearing, with a small bridge and dirt road continuing on up the hill straight ahead. Keep going. You will see signs when the road turns into a CLASS 4 road - it may be a bit bumpy from here on out. Keep going. Eventually you will hit the driveway for camp on your left, pass over a small bridge, and follow the driveway all the way up to camp!

Question

What about parking?

Answer

There is plenty of space for parking and signs will be posted around camp. Car pooling is encouraged.

Question

What about COVID precautions?

Answer

Masks are not required. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Question

Is this a kid or dog friendly event?

Answer

YES - bring the family! We ask that you only bring your furry friend if he is kid and crowd friendly. Which means Milo's visitation has still been limited :)

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

This event is rain or shine. Some form of tent will be provided, but if you have a small pop-up, feel free to bring it in case extra space is needed.

Question

What's camp like?

Answer

This camp was built by the Webster family and friends 10 years ago. The back porch is covered with amazing views of the valley - which is where the wedding ceremony took place. There is no electricity or air conditioning. A generator will be running for some outdoor lights. There is a wood burning fireplace. There is limited cell service in this area and no WiFi at camp.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Come as you are!

For all the days along the way
