We recommend Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, which is about 35 minutes north of Naples. Punta Gorda (PGD), a small regional airport 60 miles north of Naples, is another option.
Friday: Men - slacks and a polo or button down are recommended. Women - sundress or pants are appropriate. *Welcome Party will be indoor/outdoor after sunset Saturday: Men - suit and tie or sports coat and tie are recommended. A tux is appropriate but not necessary! Women - long dresses, midi, tea length, or cocktail dresses are appropriate. *Ceremony will be outside prior to sunset; cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
Ubers, Lyfts, and rental cars are easily available around Naples and to/from the Fort Myers airport. We also highly recommend the private car company, Direct Transportation. Call or text 239-200-0968 or visit directtransportationmarco.com to make arrangements in advance.
Transportation will be provided on Saturday between the Hampton Inn, the Courtyard Marriott, and Grey Oaks. The two hotels are right next to one another and will pick up at both hotel parking lots. Buses will arrive at 3:45pm to begin loading at the Courtyard Marriott. They will depart around 4pm or shortly after. After departing the Marriott, they will pick up any guests at the Hampton. If you are a guest at the Hampton, you can wait to be picked up or you can walk to the Marriott parking lot to load the bus. Buses will be taking guests back to the hotels from 10pm until the end of the evening.
