What is the RSVP date?

Please RSVP by no later than September 10th, 2026.

What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal: Just look nice for photos! Please see the "Dress Code" tab for more details and photos.

Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the sand, cocktails and dinner will be al fresco on the patio, and dancing will take place indoors.

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures on the beach for about half an hour. Guests will walk to the front patio of the ZLAC Rowing Club (directly adjacent to the beach ceremony), where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dessert, board games, and dancing to follow. Please visit the schedule page for more information.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and--of course--dessert. There will be a champagne toast, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic options.

I have dietary restrictions. What’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

Answer

You can absolutely bring your kids. Note that there will be no babysitter and few other kids. The ceremony (i.e., the boring part) will last approximately 30 minutes. Babes in arms are, of course, invited.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Guests are by invitation only. Please refer to your invitation suite to confirm the members of your party.

Question

How should I get to the venue? Will there be parking?

Answer

The ZLAC Rowing Club has 25 parking spots available for guests, and we expect about 80 guests. When possible, please carpool with other guests, or take a rideshare or public transportation. There are also hotels and rentals within walking distance of the venue that you can consider to reduce transportation costs.
