Do you have a hotel block?

We have a hotel block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton - 305 E Monument Ave, Dayton, OH 45402 Please visit the "travel" tab to click the link to book your room.

Do you have any other accommodations recommendations?

Answer

If you are looking to stay in Dayton, we recommend looking in or around the Oregon District or the University of Dayton. There are great Airbnb and hotel options.

Is there a dress code?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to St. Charles Borromeo by 3p.m. on Friday June 6th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

A trolley will transport the bridal party from St. Charles to the Dayton Art Institute. Once they are dropped off, the trolley will go to the Fairfield Inn & Suites and transport guests from the hotel to the reception from 5 - 6 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there are large parking lots at both venues.

Is there transportation home from the reception?

Answer

Guests are responsible for booking their transportation home from the reception. Please schedule Ubers, Lyfts, or another ride share service if you plan on drinking. If guests drive to the reception and decide to use a ride share service home, they can leave their cars overnight at the Dayton Art Institute.
