Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at Highland Brewing in Asheville, NC! The ceremony and cocktail hours will be outdoors on a rooftop, followed by an indoor reception.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the rooftop at Highland Brewing.

Question

What does the rest of the schedule look like?

Answer

Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony on the rooftop from 6-7 p.m. The reception will then begin indoors, with dinner following shortly after. The formal reception will conclude at 11 p.m. but we would love for people to join us for drinks in downtown Asheville for the rest of the night!

Where will guests park?

Answer

The venue has parking available on-site. Hotels are all 5-10 minutes away from the venue and guests can drive themselves or Lyft to the venue.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

While there is no formal dress code for the wedding, we would recommend semi-formal or dressy-casual attire. Basically anything you feel good in works on our day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be a child-free event, but teenagers are welcome. Parents should be warned that our wedding is going to happen at a brewery with a great number of 20-somethings! If that is not a place you are comfortable bringing your teenager, take this opportunity for a weekend getaway.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Most guests are permitted to bring a plus-one if they choose, as long as you RSVP appropriately!

Can I RSVP without knowing who my date will be or if I will be bringing a plus-one at all?

Answer

Yes, feel free to RSVP for yourself before you know if you will be bringing a date. You will need to update your RSVP to indicate if you are bringing a plus-one before May 20th, 2023. And remember that there is no pressure to bring a date!

What's the situation with food and drink at the wedding?

Answer

Our day will include lots of food and drink! The venue offers a wide selection of their house-brewed beer, as well as wine, seltzer, cider, and soft drinks. Our wedding will include a station-styled dinner, offering build your own stations! We will have a pizza, grilled cheese, and taco bar station in addition to passed appetizers at the cocktail hour. Vegan options will be available at both the cocktail hour and the dinner.
