What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable before we start.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the Reedsburg Country Club, located at 3003 E Main St, Reedsburg, WI 53959. You'll enjoy the convenience of staying in one beautiful venue for the entire celebration.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be semi-formal attire and held outdoors during the fall season. Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail or dressy attire while keeping the weather and outdoor setting in mind. Fall colors, layers, and comfortable footwear for outdoor grounds are recommended. Please refrain from wearing casual attire or jeans, as this will be a dressy event.

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue for all guests.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding if they are included on the invitation. If your children/family is not addressed on the invitation, we kindly ask that they do not attend. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize our guest count and seating arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to capacity limitations, plus ones are being given very sparingly. If a plus one is included, it will be clearly addressed on your invitation. If your invitation does not include a guest, we respectfully ask that you do not bring a plus one to the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work within our maximum guest capacity.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is September 25th. We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP before this date so we can finalize accommodations. If we do not receive your RSVP by September 25th, we unfortunately will not be able to reserve a seat for you at the wedding, and you will be unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when submitting your RSVP. The bride is very understanding of dietary needs due to having a severe dietary restriction herself, and the bride and groom will do their very best to accommodate guests whenever possible. There will be a section on the RSVP form where you can list any dietary requests or concerns.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces, as the bride and groom have reserved the entire country club, including the patio, for their special day. Guests will be able to enjoy both the beautiful outdoor setting and indoor accommodations throughout the celebration.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. The bride and groom have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture these special moments, and we would love for everyone to remain present and enjoy the ceremony with us. Thank you for helping us keep this moment intimate and uninterrupted.

Who should I contact if I have questions on the wedding day?

We respectfully ask that guests do not reach out to the bride or groom on the wedding day regarding questions about the wedding, as they will be busy preparing and celebrating. If you have any questions regarding the wedding, please refer to the wedding website, FAQ section on our wedding website or reach out to other guests attending the celebration who may be able to assist. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us enjoy our special day.
