Question

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be available from the Comfort Inn & Suites (Jackson - West Bend) and the AmericInn (by Wyndham Hartford) to the venue (Aspen Sky). The shuttle will pick up at these two hotels before the ceremony, and will also make several drop offs back at these hotels near the end of the reception! Please note that the shuttle will only be available from the Comfort Inn & Suites (Jackson - West Bend) and the AmericInn (by Wyndham Hartford) hotels. The shuttle will not be available for other hotels; however, Uber may be available. UPDATE: The shuttle will pick up at the Comfort Inn Hotel at 3:15pm, and drop off at the venue. The shuttle will pick up at the AmericInn Hotel at 3:40pm, and drop off at the venue. The shuttle will make several drop-offs at each hotel between 8:30pm and 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue, including overnight parking.

We ask that this be an adults-only celebration, without children. Thanks in advance for understanding!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning on having the ceremony outdoors; however, we will move the ceremony indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate!
