While we have made two hotel room blocks (see below), you're more than welcome to explore other hotel options in the Downtown Charlottesville area. Additionally, Charlottesville offers many great AirBnB and VRBO options! Keep in mind, we will be providing optional transportation that will pick-up and drop off at the Residence Inn in Downtown Charlottesville.

Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport

This is our top recommendation. It is only a few minutes from Charlottesville, offers rental cars, and has short security lines.

Flight

Richmond International Airport

This is a great option if you're looking for a direct flight. However, it will take at least an hour to travel to Charlottesville.

Train

Charlottesville Union Station

The train station is a short walk to Downtown Charlottesville and centrally located to a variety of restaurants and bars.
