Question
Where is the wedding and where is it located?
Answer
The wedding will be at the Vilia Antonia in Jonestown, Texas (near Lago Vista) which is one hour northwest of Austin in the Texas Hill Country.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outside, weather permitting. Dancing will be inside in the chapel. The Villa tends to have a breeze and will cool down when the sun sets.

What is the attire? What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
We suggest a suit and tie for the guys and long dresses or semi formal/party dresses for the girls. The temperatures will drop when the sun sets so bring a wrap or light jacket if desired. The Villa has several inside and outside areas. The bridesmaids are wearing chocolate brown.

What time should I arrive at the wedding? When should I arrive in Austin?

Please plan to arrive at 3:45 pm as the wedding starts promptly at 4pm since it is a fall/winter wedding. It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the venue from the parking area. If flying into Austin, please plan that it is a UT home game weekend and so airport traffic and Austin area traffic near downtown will be heavy.

What time will the wedding end? When should my ride pick me up?

Send off is at 8:55 PM. Please plan to depart the venue by 9:00 PM or soon after.

Where should we stay?
Answer
We are setting up room blocks in River Place (30-35 minutes away), close to the venue in Cedar Park (20 - 25 minutes away). Please keep in mind that downtown Austin is about 45 - 60 minutes away. It is a UT home game weekend so downtown Austin will be busy. The block rooms expire one month prior to the wedding. The RiverPlace block has rooms available with a Monday check out.

How should I get to the venue?
Answer
The venue is up a very narrow windy road and parking is limited. We recommend using an Uber, Lift or Feti or a designated driver. We will be arranging Feti's (vans/bus) from the hotel locations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes. When you RSVP we will have a spot to let us know if you have any food allergies.
