Tumbleweed Sanctuary is located 45 minutes from the Palm Springs airport, and 2.5 hours from LAX or the San Diego airport. We recommend renting a car if possible as it will enable you to explore the region. That said, there are ride-share services available and there will be a shuttle the evening of the wedding-- more info to follow on that. Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley have a lot of great vacation rentals to choose from. We recommend looking on airbnb for accommodations in that area, and booking ASAP because November is a popular time of year in the desert. Desert Hot Springs is approximately 30 mins from the wedding venue and has some beautiful hotels and spas, most of which have mineral hot springs on the property. We have a room block at Aqua Soleil. Palm Springs is a party town so if you're looking for nights out and walkable restaurants and bars, this would be a good option. It's about 35-40 minutes from the wedding venue and where we will be hosting our welcome drinks.
