Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside in the Coral Reef Room. The cocktail hour will be held outside at the Corona Cove and following will be the reception out on the Overlook Deck.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your online rsvp says “+1,” then yes; if not, you’ll be flying solo, but we have the coolest friends & family, so you’ll definitely still have a blast :)

Will there be any vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes! There will be both a vegetarian and gluten-free option. If you have other specific dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as you know you’ll be attending!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a champagne toast following the ceremony and then a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, followed by an open bar during the reception

What should I do if plans change after I've already RSVP'd?

Answer

Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible! There are specific deadlines with some vendors, so accurate headcounts are important; however, we understand that plans change last minute sometimes.

When should we book our travel?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible. October is the beginning of wedding season in Tampa, so hotel rooms may go quickly.

What will the weather be like in early October?

Answer

October is typically a great month weather wise in Tampa! Average highs range from 80° to 85°, while the nightly lows average somewhere in the upper 60s. So pack your best summer/beach attire & you'll be set!
