When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent over the summer and we will need RSVPs in by 9/20/25.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing shuttle busses from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Saphire Estate before the reception and then from the Saphire Estate to the Hilton Garden Inn after the reception. We will not be providing transportation to or from the ceremony.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at both St Pius X church and the Saphire Estate.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're excited to get dressed up and we hope you are too! Our dress code is cocktail attire.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we will only be including the children involved in our wedding ceremony.

Will there be meal options for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the church 15-20 minutes early so that everyone can be seated comfortably when the ceremony begins.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you please do not take pictures during the ceremony, but take as many as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton. More information can be found on the Travel and Accommodations tab.
