Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 5:30pm Light refreshments will be available at the bar prior to the start of the ceremony. The shuttle pick up time from Fairfield inn best western is 5:15pm. This is the only pick up time for the shuttle! The shuttle from the wedding back to the hotel is 11:45pm!
