Are the ceremony and reception both at Architects Golf Club?

Answer

Yes! You won't need to travel between the ceremony and reception. There will be a cocktail hour inbetween.

Is there transportation from the hotel?

Answer

No transportation services have been set up, however if you don't want to drive between the hotel and venue you can always utilize Uber, Lyft, or carpool with other guests. If you'd like to carpool, let us know and we can help make that happen.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can park in the Architects Golf Club parking lot at no cost.

When can I check into the Hampton Inn Easton?

Answer

You can begin check-in at 3 pm (disregard that the hotel's website says 4 pm). If your room is ready before 3 pm, you can check-in earlier (this is not guaranteed).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We can let our caterer know about any allergies or dietary restrictions. Megan is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, so we're working to make sure none of those allergens will be present.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, so 4:45 pm would be perfect for a 5 pm ceremony.

What's for dinner? Do I need to tell you ahead of time?

Answer

Your dinner order will be taken at the reception. Your two choices of entree are as follows: Chicken breast with creamy tomato and roasted shallot Baked Atlantic salmon with warm bruschetta relish
