We met while working at an aquarium in Minnesota. We didn’t talk much to each other at work until one faithful night our manager put us at the ticketing counter together right before the aquarium closed. After that, we started talking to each other everyday and going on mini dates around MOA.

For Matt’s birthday we decided to go to Hawaii. We had an amazing time snorkeling, hiking, and enjoying the island life. On the last night of the trip we were running late for dinner, so I was sprinting through the hallway of our hotel. When we got to our hotels main entrance balcony, Matt asked if we could take a picture which I immediately said no to because we were running late, but somehow he convinced me. After taking a couple photos, I looked over at him and he was down on one knee. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Seattle!
