We would recommend guests arrive by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
The dress code is semi-formal. This means a mid-length cocktail dress or dressy separates for women, and a suit or blazer with dress pants for men.
There will be a shuttle to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester for guests who book within our room block using code JONES. There will be shuttles to the venue at 2:30pm and 3:30pm, and shuttles back to the hotel at 8:00pm and 9:00pm. Please let the front desk of the hotel know if you plan to take the shuttle upon check-in. Guests who choose to drive to the venue may park to the right, around the back of the building.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.
