How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP tab and enter your name to respond. Your full party will appear for you to confirm. Kindly RSVP no later than July 1, 2026. We hope to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping our celebration intimate with our closest family and friends, so we're only able accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP on the website.

This will be an adults-only celebration - consider it a well-deserved date night! We appreciate your understanding and hope you're able to join us.

I am coming from out of town - where should I stay?

Answer

We are so grateful you'll be making the trip to celebrate with us! We've reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn in Yorkville. Please visit the Travel tab on our website for a direct booking link.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run between the venue and Hampton Inn. We want all of our guests to have a great time and get home safely!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Our wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail attire - think dresses, suits, or sport coats. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans or sneakers. The ceremony will be outdoors, with minimal time on grass.

Where are the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Whitetail Ridge Golf Club in Yorkville, Illinois.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15pm to allow time for parking and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on the driving range overlooking the beautiful golf course!

What will happen if it rains?

Answer

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors at the venue. The celebration will continue rain or shine!

Is parking available? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, there is ample on-site parking available for guests. Vehicles may remain overnight if needed but must be picked up by 11:00am the next morning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. We can't wait to share our professional photos with you afterward!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes - drinks are on us all night!

When does the reception end?

Answer

While we wish the night would never end, the reception will conclude at 11:00pm.
