Where the main event will be taking place. An out-of-the-way beach access with plenty of space to spend the day in or out of the water.
Fairholme Campground
We will be booking campsites and hosting most of the evening and morning festivities from here.
Texaco
The last gas station before you reach the lake, if you need gas supplies or snacks this is the time to stop! The general store on the West side of the lake is very small and limited in supply so this is your best bet for any last minute shopping.
Fairholme General Store
This is your real last chance for any supplies!
Devil's Punchbowl
Fun cliff diving spot with an easy trailhead nearby.
East Beach
Lakeside beach with plenty of space and picnic tables to spend an afternoon. Take tubes or a kayak into the lake and enjoy the sun!
La Poel
Day-use camp sites offering lakeside access and quiet scenery tucked away from the main road
Marymere Falls Trailhead
An easy but rewarding hike that is one of our favorites for an easy stroll.
Storm King Trailhead
A longer more intense hike if that is what you are looking for, the views at the end are to die for!
North Shore Spruce Railroad Access Trail
Another easy hike, this one taking you through an old forestry tunnel that is just too neat to skip!
Chestnut Cottage Restaurant
We stop at the Chestnut Cottage on our way home every time we go camping in the Olympics - take it from us and get the Eggs Benedict over a Croissant, you won’t regret it!
