Your invitation will list all parties invited to the wedding ceremony. While we love all of our guests, we have large families and aren't able to accomodate plus ones for everybody. If there are any specific questions, please reach out to the bride or groom for answers.
Absolutely, your RSVP will include a selection for any food allergies. We will have our catering team ensure to label all food with allergens and provide specific plates for preferences or allergies.
We love all your kids, but at this time, we are only allowing kids within certain age ranges. You will find listed names on your invitation for all of your family members invited to our wedding. Please reach out to the bride and groom with any specific questions.
Yes, there is ample parking just a short walk from the wedding and reception site. Those that wish not to walk uphill can be dropped off right at the top of the hill at the entrance of the Estate. The site is wheelchair accessible.
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. Women wear a midi- to floor-length dress or dressy separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Note that this will be an outdoor Pacific-Northwest style wedding where the ceremony site will be in a grass meadow. For this reason, you may want to leave your sharp heels at home and opt for something that can be used in the grass. Please, do not wear white, but any other color is acceptable.
Transportation is being arranged. Stay tuned for more information.
Hotel blocks are available at the Heathman Hotel in downtown Portland. Please refer to the travel tab for updated information. If the room you need isn't available or you need it for longer than what is given, let the bride or groom know and we will work with the hotel to add the room to the block.
Unfortunately no, the only pet that will be at the wedding is Thistle, the Canine of Honor, who has decreed that she can be the only pet the night of our wedding. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.
