Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond by May 1st via the website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the individuals named on the invitation attend the wedding ceremony and reception. If you have questions, please reach out to Mike or Emma.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please include on your RSVP if you have a food allergy so we can accommodate your needs and preferences.

Are there any other important information that I should know about the wedding?

Answer

Please drink water!! We will be at elevation and it is easy to become dehydrated or experience altitude sickness.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 2:45pm. Guests can begin loading onto the gondola as early as 2:00pm. Please plan accordingly. The gondola ride is about 12 minutes.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that only individuals named on the wedding invitation attend the ceremony and reception. We love all of your little ones, however this will be a kid-free event. If you have questions, please reach out to Emma or Mike.

What if I need assistance for the gondola?

Answer

Please reach out to Emma and Mike. We are happy to communicate any needs to the Steamboat Grand and ensure everyone feels comfortable, accommodated and safe.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel we recommend, The Steamboat Grand, is a short walk to the gondola loading area. After the ceremony, the reception will be held in the Emerald Tent on the backside of the Steamboat Grand. It is all very walkable.
