FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request your response as soon as possible. Due to a limited number of rooms in our reserved block and general hotel availability, we ask that you please RSVP whether or not you plan to attend. The final date to submit your RSVP and book your room is August 1, 2026.

Question

When should I arrive to Cabo?

Answer

Come on vacation early or stay late; join us whenever you'd like! To attend all wedding events, we recommend arriving Friday, November 6th and departing Tuesday, November 10th.

Question

When should I book my room?

Answer

Booking is officially open now and will remain available until August 1st, 2026. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred room type. We’ve reserved a generous block of rooms, but if your ideal room preference appears to be unavailable, please reach out to either of us! We’ll contact the hotel on your behalf to see if an adjustment can be made based on their availability. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking with the rest due upon arrival.

Question

All-inclusive vs room only?

Answer

This resort offers both an all-inclusive plan and a room only plan. All-inclusive means all food, beverage, alcohol, and room service is included and unlimited. The room only plan means the price listed is just for the room and all food and drink will need to be purchased at time of consumption. You can also book the room only option, and upon arriving or anytime during your stay add on the all-inclusive option. If you do this, please note they require paying for a minimum of 3 nights as all-inclusive. Book whichever room aligns best with your vacation plans.

Question

Do I need to attend all of the weekend events?

Answer

No- just the wedding day, of course! We are planning a few events that will be listed on the itinerary, but it is all optional. Your vacation time is your vacation time; we want you to enjoy it however you wish and fall in love with Cabo as much as we have!

Question

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding is taking place off the resort at Monte Cardon. It is a slow-food kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant in the Los Cabos, Baja Californian desert. The address is East Cape Road, Km 11.5 Zacatitos, 23403 San Jose del Cabo, B.C.S. Mexico. Transportation to and from the resort will be provided.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the sunset sail and the wedding day are 18+. With that being said, the resort does welcome children and offers babysitting services. Thank you for understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Question

How is the weather?

Answer

You can expect dry, sunny weather with temperatures in the 80s during the day with cooler evenings into the low 60s as the sun goes down. All wedding day events will be taking place outside.

Question

Do I need dinner reservations at the resort?

Answer

Yes! Although they take walk ins, it is HIGHLY recommended to make reservations a few weeks before arriving- especially if you'd like to dine in a group setting.

Question

PASSPORT

Answer

Please check your passports for expiration. Most airlines require at least 6 months of validity remaining on your passport at time of travel. If you do not have a passport, we recommend starting the process ASAP as it can take a few months to process.

Question

Help! I still have other questions!

Answer

No worries- reach out to the bride or groom! We recognize destination weddings may come with additional questions or concerns. We want to make travel as easy as possible for you and truly can't wait to celebrate with you.
