Guests should wear elevated evening attire suitable for a nice restaurant. Suggested attire includes collared shirts or button-ups, dresses, blouses, slacks, and dress shoes.
This is a Welcome Dinner open to any guests who want to enjoy a meal with the couple and their families the night before the wedding ceremony. Direct family members are encouraged to attend if possible.

This is your excuse to get dressed up! Please see the attached guest attire page for inspiration. Please arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you are seated comfortably before the ceremony starts promptly at 4pm.
Cocktail hour
5:00 pm
Specialty cocktails and an open bar will be provided, as well as light snacks and a grazing table before dinner. During this time, the immediate family of the couple will be taking photos.
Dinner
6:15 pm
Dinner will begin with a champagne toast, then all guests will be released to collect their personalized pizza from Fire and Dough. Your chosen pizza will be prepared and available for pickup at this time. Please reach out to the bride for any additional questions, allergen concerns, or dietary restrictions. Below is a description of the pizzas offered: Authentic Neapolitan Pizzas All pizzas are about 10” and start with our homemade dough that uses imported flour from Italy, a special low moisture fresh mozzarella cheese from BelGioioso, Parmesan-Reggiano, fresh basil and olive oil. Both of our sauce choices, red or white, are homemade. Our San Marzano tomatoes are sourced from Sarnese Nocerino region of Italy.”
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After dinner, we will do our special dances with cake to end the night. If you are not ready for the party to end, please stick around for the reception! We are pleased to welcome DJ Briggs (the University of Montana DJ) who will be performing!
