The Kohl Mansion, also known as The Oaks, is a historic site, built between 1912 and 1914. It is located at 2750 Adeline Drive in Burlingame, California. The mansion was used by Disney for the 1996 film Flubber. It remains the property of the Sisters of Mercy, attached to the all girls school, Mercy High School. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architecture and social and cultural significance to the local area in 1982.
