What Should I Know About The Venue?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception are at The Refinery at Perona Farms. Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Guests will have access to the outdoor terrace and loggia throughout the night. The venue is about 15 a minute shuttle ride from the hotel.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Formal Attire- We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Ladies think knee-length dresses or longer if desired, jumpsuits, etc. Gentlemen are to wear a suit & tie or sports coat with dress shoes. *Wedding Party Colors: Terracotta dresses, Light Grey suits*

Can I Uber? Or Rent An Air BnB? Is There Parking?

Answer

It is not recommended to rely on Uber or Lyft for travel due to location and cellphone reception because of the mountains. There are many beautiful lakefront home rentals in the area however, the ride shares are the issue. We have arranged room blocks at the Holiday Inn where guests will have access to the shuttle that will bring you to and from the wedding. There is free valet parking for those driving to the venue.

Are Children Invited?

Although we love your little ones, we hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding an Adults-Only event. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding as a date night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed “and guest” you are welcome to bring a date otherwise we ask that you come unaccompanied. Please ensure that you respond for both you and your guest on the RSVP page. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest friends and family. We thank you for understanding!

Is There An After Party?

Answer

Yes! The bar at the Holiday Inn will be kept open to keep the party going immediately following the reception from 11 pm until 2 am with the last call being at 1:30 am. The after-party will be a cash bar.
