Jonah asked Taylor out claiming, "he HAD to meet her in person" and neither of them knew where to go. He suggested Surly and she said, "I would rather go anywhere else." She wasn't a huge fan of the beer and didn't even know they did food! They ended up at Pizza Luce for the date and now they're hosting their reception at Surly almost 3 years later.

Jonah and Taylor went on vacation to Miami last November for the wedding of his close friends. They decided to extend the trip a few days and visit their Florida families who conveniently live an hour apart on the Treasure Coast. Before the vacation began, Taylor thought MAYBE it could happen. As the vacation went on, Taylor became more and more sure it would NOT happen. Finally, on the very last day (also their two year anniversary), Jonah got down on one knee in their favorite Florida spot: Bathtub Beach on Hutchinson Island. It was magical, perfect and very much worth the wait.
