We have listed a handful of hotel options about 30 minutes from the reception location. We highly recommend looking into Airbnb and VRBO. The reception is taking place in Incline Village, NV, and we suggest looking in Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Tahoe City, and Truckee. Please reach out to Ben or me with any questions!

If you are planning on renting an Airbnb or VRBO in Incline Village, please check with the owner to make sure you will have beach access passes or a punch card. Incline Beach, Ski Beach, and Burnt Cedar Beach, including the beach and pool areas, are for passholders only.
The owner should provide you with an “Assignment of Recreational Privileges” form, which must be taken to the recreation center at 980 Incline Way to redeem your daily passes. Beach access for adults with a pass is currently $18 per day. Another option is Sand Harbor State Beach, 3 miles east of Incline Village. Reservations must be made.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport
If you are flying into Reno, we recommend renting a car. The drive from the Reno airport to Incline Village takes about one hour.
