Matron of Honor
Melissa is the best sister one could ask for. We grew up 7 years apart, and for many years I was that pesky little sister. Though we've had our moments, as we've grown up we always seem to have the best of time together. I'm lucky to have a sister that is as goofy, funny, and smart as her.
Best Man
I met Justin one day in high school through a mutual friend, and we've been best buds ever since. We have shared similar interests and hobbies, to being pen pals when living far apart, and gone through thick and thin. Justin has always been someone I looked up to as both a great husband and father and a genuine friend.
Matron of Honor
I've known Kelsi as far back as I can remember! We grew up living mere seconds away and have shared a lifetime of memories already. Over the past 30 years we've experienced everything together from arguments over 'who's smarter' to living together to her sharing this day with me.
Groomsman
Brandon and I met through kiteboarding and hit it off right away. When we aren't kiteboarding, we are hiking the shoreline, looking for new adventures, or finding some other way to get into trouble. Brandon is laid back, but loves the adrenaline lifestyle.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I have been friends since girl scouts, though it wasn't until 6th grade when we were in the same class that we'd be inseparable trouble makers together. It has been years since our trouble making days, yet we still find time to get into mischief still but now we bring our significant others along for the fun.
Groomsman
Chris and I have always been into sports. We met at the local rock climbing gym, and both pursued that interest over the years. After we both moved back to Illinois after schooling, Chris got me into kitesurfing and we have been beach bums ever since! Chris is very self motivated, and always has a positive attitude.
Bridesmaid
Kaley and I went to high school only 5 minutes away, but never actually met until college orientation in Marquette, Michigan! I still remember the day she asked "if that seat was empty", because it was that moment on we just clicked. It has since been thousands of fun, silly, honest, and memorable life moments.
Groomsman
Jim is also a kiteboarding friend, unless there is no wind, then we are laughing about everything until our faces are red. He loves learning and trying new things, and is a jack of all trades. He's always excited about the next beach day, and is a guy that you can count on for anything and would go out of his way to help.
Bridesmaid
I met Alison while working at Sears Holdings and we've been friends since the day she plopped her butt up on my desk and matter-of-factly stated, "your coming to my birthday dinner in the city". I like to refer to this moment as the time she "friend-bullied" me into being friends. Its been 4 years, 4 vacations, thousands of selfies, and lots of laughter.
Groomsman
Bob has been like another dad or big brother to me over the years. When I was new to cycling I started working for Bob at his shop, Wheel Werks. He took me under his wing and helped me grow into a proper mechanic and learn the secrets of the trade. More importantly, he became a lifelong friend, who I can always count on, and always lightens the mood.
