FAQs

If you have any questions outside of the ones listed here, please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom for clarification!
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We can't wait to have you with us! Please head over to the 'RSVP' page of the website, enter your name and follow the prompts to let us know if you'll be joining us for the day.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly let us know if you'll be celebrating with us by May 1st, 2026. We can't wait to hear from you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We're celebrating outdoors, so think light, elegant summer attire. Midi and maxi length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or sport coats are all wonderful choices. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place on the grounds of the Tamahaac Club, so choose your footwear wisely or beware of sinking stilettos

Question

What are the meal options?

Answer

We will be serving one thoughtfully selected meal for the evening. Should you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or specific needs - please let us know when you RSVP and we will gladly accommodate.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Is the sky blue? Put on your drinking caps folks!

Question

What are the wedding colours?

Answer

This will come as a shock to absolutely no one, but our wedding colours are (surprise, surprise) white and green!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We already live together and have everything we need and more. However, if you feel so compelled, we are going on a trip to Ireland for our honeymoon and would appreciate donations to the honeymoon fund. However this is not necessary - your presence is a gift (cheesy, we know, but we mean it!)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30pm, so you have a chance to find your seat, say hello, and get settled before we say "I do!".

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Luckily, the Tamahaac Club has tons of space for parking. You're more than welcome to leave your car overnight if you'd like to enjoy a few pints - the Club just asks that you pick your car up before 12pm on Sunday.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore all of our favourite people's little ones, we will be having an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy a night out!

Question

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the Club's lawn, while the reception will be held outdoors under a tent. The Tamahaac Club's indoor space will be available to us throughout the day if you'd like to escape from the heat at any point. Please note the ceremony and reception will take place on grass - block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended (stilettos may sink into the lawn). Temperatures may dip in the evening, so a wrap or light sweater is a great idea.

Question

If I'm unable to navigate stairs, how accessible is the Club?

Answer

The ceremony space & reception space are both accessible from the parking lot. The Club also has bathrooms available on the ground level.
