After throwing a Hail Mary down to Miami and totally restarting his life to work at Royal Caribbean – the last thing Ian could think about was a relationship. He was a single guy who moved to Miami...you know the drill. Thankfully, somebody else had other plans. Alyssa clocked him the first time he ever stepped foot into the office. Literally the first time. From then on, she made a point of making herself known... In meetings. In the office. At lunch. Wherever he was, suddenly she was. "She's hot...but I'm not going to date a coworker." Famous last words by Ian. Fast forward to Top Golf for Royal's holiday party. After a couple mojitos, and a lot of courage, Ian forced his way into conversation with Alyssa. "I'm close with my mom / I love to cook / I'm super funny" and so on and so forth. Somehow it worked, and he got her number so that they could all hang out as a group. That day has yet to come. Instead, they went to KoKo together in Coconut Grove for what they call their "Not a Date, Date." And the rest is history. Since then, Alyssa and Ian have travelled the world together, became roommates, definitely driven each other crazy, and, through everything, remain inseparable.
