Almost four years ago, we met at our spin studio where I was teaching at the time and Hunter was the most handsome & wanted bachelor. After a few weeks of Hunter courting me with my favorite latte and donuts, we finally exchanged numbers & he asked me on our first date. I was so close to bailing and chickening out, but thanks to my parents, I went because it was "too disrespectful to cancel so last minute." The dinner I almost no-showed turned out to be the start of forever.

Hunter planned what seemed to be a last minute trip to Cabo for our three year anniversary. I knew there was a romantic beach dinner planned for our anniversary. On our way down to the beach, Hunter seemed to be hangry, but now looking back he was so eager and excited. As we walked onto the beach, I saw that Hunter had "Happy 3 Year Anniversary" written in the sand. Our amazing waitors told us to position right in the middle of the sand to take a picture. Somehow, Hunter managed to stay behind me as I walked onto the sand, carefully so I would not mess up the lettering. As I turned around, he was on one knee. I was in complete shock. No words were coming out, just tears of happiness. It was October 1, 2020, 6:30 pm, and we were ENGAGED! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you!
